It is a few months sine I have been able to update. I have searched and tried advice to others, but have found, or not found update in my Computer>Manage>Services&Applications>Services folder Can I do anything apart from a reinstall on Windows...

It is a few months sine I have been able to update. I have searched and tried advice to others, but have found, or not found update in my Computer>Manage>Services&Applications>Services folder
Can I do anything apart from a reinstall on Windows Vista Premium?
