I have Vista x64, Intel9400 quad core, 4gb Corsair ram.
Every 5 or 10 minutes I get a message stating "Host process for windows has stopped working" or I get one for IP Helper Process followed by Diagnostic Process. When this happens, the theme flashed from the regular bar to the one in my picture.
This causes my internet to disconnect randomly and also after about 5 host processes it gets stuck like that.
Also you may notice the "windows updates" thing telling me skype isnt updated. I do not have skype nad when i go to windows updates from start bar it says I am fully upgraded. Therefore I am sure that the skype thing is a virus but I cannot find anything on google and I cannot remove it or the process.
Just ask if you need a DxDiag.
