Hi, First time on this help site so hoping someone has the answer to my problem. I downloaded and installed ConverXtoDVD on my pc. The patch to activate to FULL program and not the Trial version wont work. From what Im told Ive done all the correct things with it. Installed to C:\ Program Files. Opened the patch and clicked the Patch button to install it to the Program Files folder. I get a message saying this.. File not exist or write protected' I dont know how to UNprotect it. Ive turned my AntiVirus off and Firewall too to install, but I still get the trial version. Anybody got any ideas please to help an old silver surfer? Look forward to hearing from you.
