I recently bought a computer and it had Windows Vista Home Premium, but something happened and it won't start. Everytime i try turning it on, it says "Please Insert Installation Disc and click "Repair My Computer". I don't have the installation...

I recently bought a computer and it had Windows Vista Home Premium,
but something happened and it won't start.
Everytime i try turning it on, it says "Please Insert Installation Disc and click "Repair My Computer".
I don't have the installation disc, i'm planning on buying one BUT
i plan on buying the Home Basic one.
Is there going to be a problem with that?
Will it work?
