I'm running Vista hp on a gateway and started getting the above message. Now pop up's are saying "last back up has failed". I know the D drive carries backup info and althought I have never saved anything to it, it is full. I went through all the Vista listed stages of disc cleanup to remove "shadow files" but nothing helped. I have tried one of the so called free fixes in the past for another problem and found it not only did not fix the problem but I could not contact them to quit their service; I had to cancel my credit card. Any advice appreciated
