I have a HP 2133 mini latop and want to install XP Home onto it instead of the pre installed Vista Home. I have the XP SP1CD but the HP2133 does not have a CD drive. (I also have a separate SP2 CD). I have copied the CD to a portable HD. Now how...

I have a HP 2133 mini latop and want to install XP Home onto it instead of the pre installed Vista Home. I have the XP SP1CD but the HP2133 does not have a CD drive. (I also have a separate SP2 CD). I have copied the CD to a portable HD. Now how do I install XP and ultimately ditch Vista. Do I need to search for any other drivers before installing? Looking on HP's support website there are drivers available easily enough -I think. I need the instructions to be basic as I'm not that good.
When i tried to launch the setup.exe on the separate HD I got the message that Vista blocked it because it was an earlier version
