OK, so suddenly about a week ago i realise that this box is popping up EVERYTIME i put on my laptop. So i click QUIT and it goes away, but it still ocmes up everytime i load my laptop. I've also started to realise that my internet is very slow...

OK, so suddenly about a week ago i realise that this box is popping up EVERYTIME i put on my laptop. So i click QUIT and it goes away, but it still ocmes up everytime i load my laptop. I've also started to realise that my internet is very slow compared to usual. i cant watch any youtube videos without it being jumpy and typing in comments boxes etc is really slow and i ahve to wate about 5 mins for it to finish typing.

I dont know how to change anything and format it properly and i dont even know whats wrong wiht. i can use a computer but not computer systems
