How do I get the quick launch to be horizontal? I like it going across the whole screen But... sometimes, somehow, this setting will get screwed up And I find it imposible to get back! I would add that: my taskbar is unlocked What I want:...

I like it going across the whole screen
But... sometimes, somehow, this setting will get screwed up
And I find it imposible to get back!

I would add that: my taskbar is unlocked
What I want: quick launch to be horizontal with my tabs below - not to the side

How do I do this?
