I just bought a new movie that came with a digital copy. I inserted the disc and started the process. As soon as I enter the ****** Number to start the transfer to Windows Media Player, I get an error message that reads 'DRM Protected File Manager...

I just bought a new movie that came with a digital copy. I inserted the disc and started the process. As soon as I enter the ****** Number to start the transfer to Windows Media Player, I get an error message that reads 'DRM Protected File Manager has stopped working'. Can anyone explain this and how to fix it? I have an HP Pavilion running Vista Premium. Thanks for any replies!
