one day strangly i was unable to connect to my dell bluetooth headset. when, i checked the services for the device, each service was deselected. when trying to select it, it gave me message that "access is denied", although i am using administrator...

one day strangly i was unable to connect to my dell bluetooth headset. when, i checked the services for the device, each service was deselected. when trying to select it, it gave me message that "access is denied", although i am using administrator account only.

now, i uninstalled the bluetooth driver using revo uninstaller, but when trying to install it using device manager (set up file is on the hard drive only) it gave me the following message, check the screenshot. trying to install it from dell driver cd, it is stuck at this screenshot, again i have switched on my bluetooth but still, please help me out.
