My laptop is less than 1 year old, running Vista, and do not have many picture files...mostly data for work. But in the past few months, trying to view any kind of webstream, movie trailers, youtube, etc. is almost impossible to watch because it constantly stops to buffer or load more. I've also noticed that it takes longer to load a page from a web application where you can scroll down the page. What can I do to fix this problem. It hasn't always been this way.
