I have a Cars, the movie theme I want to install on my grandsons computer. I can't find a themes folder in Vista. How do I install a theme (with new sounds, Icons and Cursors) on a Vista computer? Can i do it so it only applies when he is logged on...

I have a Cars, the movie theme I want to install on my grandsons computer. I can't find a themes folder in Vista. How do I install a theme (with new sounds, Icons and Cursors) on a Vista computer? Can i do it so it only applies when he is logged on and have another theme when his sister is logged on?
