Hey people. So, basically there's this vertical marquee box we used to show some update news headline about the school. My web design teacher is looking for the exact same marquee box but, as it scrolls (if the user misses something and wants to go back), they can just scroll back up and don't have to wait for it to loop again and is scroll bar-less.
Well, that's basically all I need assistance in.
