I am a complete beginner with no prior experience in setting up/using my own server. I am wanting to build a new website from the ground up and have stumbled accross Drupal. Anyways I need to know how to set up and operate my own server (broken down elementary style
), any tips or pointers on where to go to learn this basic knowledge would be much appreciated! I am running windows vista, and have the programs: drupal, apache server 2.2, php 5, and mysql. lol hope I dont sound completely retarded. Anyways, thanks in advance for any help you can offer me!
