I made a website in ASP.NET. and i use server 2003, I have installed IIS 6.0 and i have framework 2.....

my website is working fine in my server.... but it is not opening from outside.

It was working fine before but i formatted my PC and then i tried to run it again, now it's not working.

Please help me to resolve this problem.
