This seems to be a common problem.

I have Win XP. I use K-meleon mostly. The images that have movement all work with K-meleon, but the little ALT box for the first image doesn't come up. With IE and Firefox, the images that have movement either don't come up at all or are frozen. Since most people use IE or Firefox, I'd like to get this fixed, but don't know how. I'd appreciate it if someone would tell me how to fix this. Thank you.
