Hi,

your system needs some workout, first of all your planning on dual-booting so you will probably need to access all of your partitions through Linux too. I'd recommend formatting the last drive as FAT32 because theres problems with NTFS partitions under Linux (at the mean time)

So, first you need to backup your data if your determined to format your NTFS and switch to FAT32. Also, youll need to free some space for the installatio of Ubuntu... if your going to install Ubuntu all in one partition that's fine.. you need to free some space for the filesystem and SWAP.

You'd need about lets say.. 8GB for Ubuntu installation and swap depends on your ram, 512MB should be fine.
