I saved a full DVD+R RW's worth of music into a Memorex DVD+R RW and now I cannot copy the files onto my hard drive. I had 7 other DVD+R RWs like this and had no problems with any of them. I looked at the properties of the files in the other DVDs...
I saved a full DVD+R RW's worth of music into a Memorex DVD+R RW and now I cannot copy the files onto my hard drive. I had 7 other DVD+R RWs like this and had no problems with any of them. I looked at the properties of the files in the other DVDs and they all had "read-only" as the permission, but i could easily switch them to "read and write". This particular DVD, however, will not allow me to switch. The drop-down menu wont even drop down.
Also, with the other DVDs, it showed me as owner, this one shows "root" as owner.
