I have a Word 2003 document in which I have created mailto hyperlinks from regular text. When converted to pdf, the links does not work they just show as hyperlink. If I type a regular email address or website address, no problem, links are fine. ...

I have a Word 2003 document in which I have created mailto hyperlinks from regular text. When converted to pdf, the links does not work they just show as hyperlink. If I type a regular email address or website address, no problem, links are fine.
