WinMEnc - Convert/Encode many video/movies format

WinMEnc is a GUI front-end for mplayer/mencoder, it comes with many codecs, and the codecs are stored separately so it won't case conflict with existing codecs on Windows.

Features:
- FREE, No Installation required, built-in codecs
- Supported format: avi, avs, rm/rmvb, mov, mp4, mkv, asf/wmv, mpg, vob, DVD and more
- Encoding format: DivX, Xvid, H264, mpeg1, mpeg2, mp2, mp3, ac3, aac
- Output format: avi, mpg, mp4, 3gp, pmp
- Read DVD and DVD subtitles directly
- Support external subtitles file: srt, ssa, ass, smi
- Users can update the mplayer, mencoder, codecs themselves
- Ability to create encoding profiles (Default profiles including iPhone, iPod, PSP, Nokia/Sony phones, DVD, VCD)
- Multi-language interface: English, T. Chinese, S. Chinese
