We recently moved from a third party email server(DeskNow), and we had a default Calendar of appointments for the day that allowed all users to see all of the Day's activities on the Home page. Now we are using Exchange 2007 and our users are on Outlook 2003. We setup a virtual environment on 3 host servers running server 2008 with Exchange 2007 and SQL server 2005.
I would like to be able to setup a policy or something that would put a shared calendar that would be updated by certain users to be on all clients Outlook Today when users open their outlook clients in their terminal server session.
Basically when a user opens their outlook 2003, I want a shared calendar or some type of medium to display any of today's activities on the Outlook Today page.
If more information is needed, please let me know.
Thanks for the help,
