 Information on the download: This tool allows you to play PAL Games on your NTSC PS2 on a NTSC\PAL TV! How does it work? you set the Y coordinate.. for example..  i use the Y Coordinate 48 and it fits my screen almost perfectly. if it fails the first time, change the coordinate more bigger or smaller. Bigger = gonna entend more of the top left Smaller = Decreases the top left. Download
