Ok this is a new one on me and I hope some kind person knows the answer to this one. Background: Network with about 10 users, one 2003 print/file server. Hard drive went badon a workstation (Dell 210L), replaced with new hard drive, reinstalled XP Pro SP2, all updates. Installed Office 2003, no services packs. There is a network printer (ir2270) that 10 people use and is being hosted on the 2003 Server. Everyone that uses the printer is not having a problem. Problem: After all the software is setup and configured on the new install, Outlook will print a solid black page when you tell it to print an email. Internet Explorer will print a solid black page if you tell it to print a webpages. Excel, Word and other programs on the computer print just fine. Could someone steer me in the right direction to figure out how to stop this behavior?
