Need help with MS Word. Icons/functions that used to show on the standard, formatting and tables/borders toolbars are suddenly missing. Can't find them among the additional icons listed as being available to add to those that are showing on the toolbars. The specific icons that have gone missing are "shading," "distribute rows evenly," "distribute columns evenly," and "Sum." How can I get them back?

I am using Word 2000 (9.0.6926 SP3) and Windows XP.
