I'm hearing complaints from a couple of people that their MS Word 2007 tool bars are so different they are disliking the program very much. I have tried to find a way to make those tool bars look more like the ones in Office 2003 or 2000 but no...

I'm hearing complaints from a couple of people that their MS Word 2007 tool bars are so different they are disliking the program very much. I have tried to find a way to make those tool bars look more like the ones in Office 2003 or 2000 but no luck.

Is there a fix for this?
