Make New folder using shortcut
This free add-on, bxNewFolder, lets you use a shortcut key to create a new folder within Windows explorer.
Optionally, it adds a “New Folder” button to the toolbar of Windows explorer. If pressing F12 isn’t the fastest way to create new folder in certain situations, then clicking on the button will do the same thing.
- Once you press the shortcut key or clicking on the button, a small window pops up.
- Enter the name of the folder into the provided space and click the “Ok” button to instantly create a new folder.
- If you hold down the Shift key while you click the “Ok” button, the new folder will be opened immediately after it is created.
