BadBlue (Personal Edition) is an easy way to share files and publish on the web. It transforms your PC into a search-enabled web server that let's you specify files or directories you want to share including sharing of Excel and Word data. BadBlue provides searching, sharing, peer-to-peer (P2P) and customizability in a tiny footprint. In addition, PE can be used for web application development and deployment with its full-featured support of tools like CGI, ISAPI and PHP. Starting with BadBlue 1.7, Word documents display in WYSIWYG (rich text) format with images, tables and full formatting is also supported. Not for NT/95.

File Sharing Sentinel v1.0 (prevent file sharing)
File Sharing Sentinel is designed to prevent the installation of popular file sharing clients such as Kazaa, Morpheus, Bearshare and others. It works by intercepting the installer, canceling the installation as soon as it starts. We tested it with all 3 applications mentioned above and were not able to install either of them while File Sharing Sentinel was running. The program runs in a hidden mode as an icon in the system tray and is password protected.

Http File Server (HFS) v1.6a (personal file sharing server)
HTTP is an easy to use drag and drop file server for personal file sharing. It runs as a standalone executable and does not require any installation. The program is very easy to use, just drag a file into it to share it with the world. You can customize the port it is running on, specify the IP address and monitor connections from the tray icon. HFS presents the shared files on a simple HTML page, that includes the file name and size. With some HTML knowledge, you can completely customize the HTML template to meet your preference. HFS can also integrate into Windows Explorer, allowing you to easily share files from the right-click menu.
