Something is keeping my incoming emails from downloading on Outlook Express. Outgoing is fine. I had suspicioned it was files or pictures that were too large. Several times I had deleted some through my ISP email and that took care of it then, but now there is none on there and something is keeping it from finishing dowloading on Outlook Express. My system is Windows XP. The error message is:
