When I save a PDF, I have to click several links in the network to get to the folder to where I want save it. I want to create a shortcut on the sidebar shown here:

I have the folder saved to my desktop, but I tried to drag the icon on my desktop onto the sidebar, but it didn't work. How do I do it?
