change ip on double click

As we all know to change ip the only way is to reboot the modem
and its lazy task to everytime reboot the modem manually by turning off the power

so I have written a script to reboot ur modem just on double click
Its handy for rapidshare where we need to change ip (for free users) for consecutive downloads without wait(to bypass the time limit)

u can also associate it to ur download manager so that after every download the modem will be rebooted automatically
i did it with my download manager
