Also note that even though CamStudio can output large AVI files (85MB+), the files can EASILY be compressed to less than 1MB using a program like WinRAR or 7zip.

Best of all, because CamStudio outputs the recorded content into regular AVI's, it means that nearly anyone can view the videos using a regular media player such as Windows Media Player or VLC Player.
