Hi all,
I have an issue with Calendar Appointments in Microsoft Outlook. I use Outlook 2003. When I send a calendar appointment to a recipient I receive the following system administrator error:
"The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address."
The actual recipient receives my calendar appointment and accepts it. The above error appears because it also sends the calendar appointment to another recipient who no longer works at the company. The main recipient has no delegate permissions granted to anybody so I am unsure as to why the error appears and why it sends the appointment to this secondary person.
Does anybody have any ideas on how to solve this? It only happens to this particular individual when sending calendar appointments.
thanks
