Soo a couple years ago I bought my computer and it didn't have any basic applications on it. I have no publisher or powerpoint or anything. Well, I need those programs and don't have them and can only get them by downloading a free trial. But the trial expires and I still need the program. I'm definitely frustrated seeing as these are, I thought, basic applications for the Windows XP system.
Also, about a year within purchasing it, one of the hard drives stopped working. So I have this computer meant for media, and I can't burn any CDs or anything. I've tried getting customer service from Gateway about 6 times, but they have failed to help me in any way shape or form.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, if you have any credible information I would greatly appreciate it.
