thank you so much el helm el arabi ,, it`s a great topic and much greater effort
i had hard times while studying heart disease ( cardiology ) , lol , but i guess u made it looks much easier here , lol , actually it`s much more than just ischemia of the myocardium ( defficient blood supply to heart muscle ) there are congenital heart diseases , valve lesions , arrhythmias ,,,,,, etc , but it`s just fine of u the effort consumed here |

I am 14 years old and I am very skinny then my friends. And that’s why this summer I have decided to put on some weight. Does anyone know any shortcut to gain quick weight? I had tried chocolate, chips, coke, pizza even oily food to gain weight but didn’t get much success. And all these junk food is destroying my digestion…. Plz help
