All of a sudden I don't have communication between printer and pc. I have removed and installed twice. I have rebooted several times I have plugged and unplugged usb at least twice. I can scan to e-mail and that works but cannot print from e-mail or...

All of a sudden I don't have communication between printer and pc. I have removed and installed twice. I have rebooted several times I have plugged and unplugged usb at least twice. I can scan to e-mail and that works but cannot print from e-mail or anywhere else. I have a Dell 3000 demension with windows xp. and a Dell 962 all in one printer Can someone help?
