I have a computer and when i turn it on nothing comes on the screen. II can hear the hard drive booting up and the computer dosnt beep. I have disconnected the hard drive and cd drive and still the same preoblem, i have also replaced the ram and...

I have a computer and when i turn it on nothing comes on the screen. II can hear the hard drive booting up and the computer dosnt beep. I have disconnected the hard drive and cd drive and still the same preoblem, i have also replaced the ram and got the same problem. Im thinking it might be the cpu but i dont want to buy one if that isnt the problem. Does anyone know what it could be or how i could test it?
