Hi, First post.
I tried searching the forum for an answer to my question but with no joy.
I recently obtained the AT&T connect card. My objective is to use it at my new house we are building that will have no access to DSL or cable and share the the connect card's connection to the Internet with other computers no my network.
When it was first installed, AT&T assisted me in getting the connect card connected to the AT&T network and we were able to share that connection with my laptop's internal wireless WI-FI card. This allowed all the computers on my network to connect to the Internet by sharing the connect card connection. In other words everything was just as I wanted.
Since then I took my laptop on the road and used it for a few days. When I tried to reconnect the setup on my home network, the sharing link could not be reestablished. This time AT&T support would not help indicating they don't support the sharing function.
My network consist of a Gateway laptop, a D-Link router and an HP desktop. The desktop in hardwired to the router and the laptop is a wireless WI-FI connection.
If suggestions on a resolution have been posted before I apologize for the repeat and would appreciate a link to those postings.
Thanks in advance for your help.
