I have a Lenovo laptop operating in China. Have NETGEAR wireless networking. Windows XP. I get a message when trying to install Video Accelerator that I need to approve either with Windows firewall and/or my anti-virus program (have the AVG free edition). I went to exceptions and approved Video Acclerator, but still won't install. On my home computer everything works fine. also, I can't access youtube from my laptop.
