I've got 20 meg broadband but my upload speed doesn't go past 100 kb/s. My download speed however is fine and can reach any speed, but my upload seems to be limited. I have read through all the guides on this site and used the recommended...

I've got 20 meg broadband but my upload speed doesn't go past 100 kb/s. My download speed however is fine and can reach any speed, but my upload seems to be limited.

I have read through all the guides on this site and used the recommended settings, it just seems weird it's only my upload and not download.

I'm using uTorrent and my ISP is Virgin.

Has anybody came across this problem before and got a solution?
