I've never done this before and I've had my MoBo for about 9 months now. I was on the ASUS website last night and I couldn't tell what would be the right file to download for the latest version of the bios. Can anyone help me find out which is the...

I've never done this before and I've had my MoBo for about 9 months now. I was on the ASUS website last night and I couldn't tell what would be the right file to download for the latest version of the bios. Can anyone help me find out which is the correct one as well as how to update it? (I've heard it's tricky if it's never be done and also that I can majorly screw up my MoBo if I don't do it right) Thanks.
