Apologies for the long first post, folks, just attempting to be as clear as possible, since I am far from an expert at this.
Setting: Two Custom IBM Computers running 2002 Windows XP-Home, Service Pack 3, connected through a LinkSys wired router to the cable modem. Internet, printer and file sharing between both computers was flawless previous to upgrading the hard drives in both computers a few days ago. Computer A: Pentium IV CPU 3GHZ with 1GB RAM. Computer B: Intel Core 2 Duo CPU 7200 CPU(s) 2.53GHZ with 2GB RAM. Using the packaged "Seagate" utility with the newly purchased 1TB internal hard drives, the "cloning" of the original drives went quite smoothly and both computers appeared to be operating with transparency to the change in hard drives. WAN connection unaffected and all applications functioning. Formatted the original drives and installed them as additional storage space.
Problem: Using "My Network Places", Computer A will easily browse and manipulate the shared files on Computer B as before, but, although, Computers A & B share 3 printers and the Internet with no problem, and Computer B can browse Computer A to see the shared folders on Computer A, when an attempt is made to open any of Computer A's shared folders/files from Computer B, I receive this error message:
\\*computer name\*file name is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. Not enough server storage is available to process this command.
After two days of comparing settings between both computers, reading "threads" from manifold tech sites, following Microsoft.com suggestions, Google searches, and seemingly endless network and system changes and making suggested adjustments to firewall, computer, and network system files through Windows and the Command prompt, with no success, I have no hair left on my head.

I can't seem to find a resolution. Both computers are now back to the states in which I started, subsequent to the hard drive updates. Both computers operate as before with this one new exasperating quirk.
Please help. I am lost. What additional information is needed to be helped and how can I post it to this thread?
