Hi,

I'm trying to restore my Presario 2143AP using the Quick Restore CD's that came with it but it keeps shutting down. Initially this was happening on the first CD but I have managed to get it to the end of that one and then it shuts down as soon as I put CD #2 in. If I try rebooting from #2 it says no operating system found. OS is XP Home.

Any ideas would be great.
