I have an Exchange server at work on a Dell PowerEdge 2850 and Perc Raid controller. The OS (win2003) on standalone 36gb drive, and data on 300gb drive. To address the redundancy issue, I purchased another 300gb drive with the intention of converting it to Raid1 (mirror). The exchange mail store is currently around 116GB.

Is it possible to convert a standalone disk to Raid1 array without losing data?

Any thoughts?
