Can I use this CPU (which is socket LGA775) on my ASUS P5N-E SLI(650i) (To replace my C2D E8200) or for that matter any desktop chipset(P45, X38?)? I don't want to know anything about price, I just want to know if I CAN.
also, being X3360 makes me think it has an unlocked multiplier...is this true(i.e can I go above the stock multiplier)?

I've looked a lot of places but can't seem to find any answers, I hope the wonderful people here can *coughsuckupcough*
