when i check the temp its more than 80C which way more high than normal processor temp. usually my processor works in 50-60 C before this problem.

All i do is to change my MB and then this problem starts. what i want to know is that thermal paste or jell b/w processor and heatsink is neccessary to make contact with each other because when i install my new MB i clean the residue of old thermal paste on processor and headsink.

I ***** that the problem is that i don't apply any thermal paste b/w processor and heatsink but i want to make sure am i correct or not. because this problem doesn't occur before i change my MB and clean the residue on processor and Heatsink. while then cpu works fine and temp varries b/w 50-60C
