Can I just reformat c and not worry about my d (storage) being deleted?

I've never reformated a computer before with 2 drives, so I'm ignernt. Help me out over h'yeah.

(oh yeah, my d drive is a second HDD - she's got 60 GB's or some ****.... who cares.)
