New HP1300 laser jet printer cartridge produces dark horizontal blurry lines across paper at even intervals of about 1 1/2 inches. Tried another new cartridge which does the same thing. The old cartridge does not do this. It looks like it could be a specific place on the drum as it rolls across the paper - possibly. Is there something that needs to be cleaned?
