Just built a cheapo deluxo PC: P6NGM-L dual core w/ onboard nvidia video. I cannot get the text / images / to sharpen up. Everything has a soft look driving me nuts. My previous pc a PII 256mhz ancient unit had an ATI 9000 series video card I put in...

Just built a cheapo deluxo PC: P6NGM-L dual core w/ onboard nvidia video. I cannot get the text / images / to sharpen up. Everything has a soft look driving me nuts. My previous pc a PII 256mhz ancient unit had an ATI 9000 series video card I put in and it had way better contrast and sharp appearance.BTW The monitor is HP w1907 same used with old pc.
In addition I notice upon loading desktop screen is darker then brightens up to normal in 3 stages. Is this a power supply issue. ?
