Ok, I'm the "tech guy" at the jewelry store I work at (I use " because I really only have a little more than basic knowledge, but thats a step up from everyone else) and I've run into a problem. We have a network here that predates me and it consists or 2 workstations and a server running Novell Netware version 3.2 I think (the version is under 4.0, that much I know).
Recently I formatted and reinstalled xp pro onto an old desktop (2000) and I've been trying to connect to the server with no luck. I have installed the Novell Client software onto the workstation but the server will not be recognized. i've tried using the server name as the tree name as well as the server name. I tried using the search option to look for computers and people to find the server but with no luck. I'm running out of ideas, anyone have any?
