I've been wondering: as some 64-bit version of Vista already (do they?) support 64 GB of RAM and most modern mobos support at least up to 16 GB of RAM with 4 slots... Why am I only seeing a few mfgs making 4 GB RAM modules(desktop sticks, not server memory) and they are DDR2 800 with CL6 timings, 100 $ a stick, with 2 GB CL5 sticks costing 25-40$ a pair? Are the high density sticks so hard to make "properly"? Why wouldn't they just double the height of the module?
That was a retarded joke just FYI...
